How To Whitelist Our Email Address
Whitelisting our email address means telling your email service provider that messages coming from Dapper Luq Custom Clothier's email address are safe and should not be treated as spam.
By whitelisting our email address, you can ensure that you never miss an email from us, and as a result, you can take advantage of our exclusive special promotions every time they become available!
Here are the steps to whitelist an email address in general and with Gmail specifically:
General Instructions:
- Log in to your email account
- Navigate to the settings or options menu
- Look for an option like “Safe Senders” or “Whitelist”
- Enter info@dapperluq.com to whitelist
- Save the changes or update the settings
Instructions for Gmail:
- Log in to your Gmail account
- Click on the “Settings” gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen
- Select “See all settings” from the drop-down menu
- Click on the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab
- Click on the “Create a new filter” button
- In the “From” field, enter the email address that you want to whitelist
- Click on the “Create filter” button
- Check the box next to “Never send it to Spam”
- If you want, you can also check the box next to “Also apply filter to X matching conversations” to retroactively apply the filter to existing conversations
- Click on the “Create filter” button to save the changes
Promotions tab to the Inbox (Gmail):
- Log in to your Gmail account
- Look for the Promotions tab in your inbox. If you don't see it, click on the plus sign (+) next to the last tab to reveal additional tabs.
- Find the email you want to whitelist in the Promotions tab.
- Click and drag the email from the Promotions tab to the Primary tab. You should see a message that says "The conversation has been moved to 'Primary.' Do this for future messages from "info@dapperluq.com"
- Click "Yes" to ensure that future emails from the sender will be delivered to your Primary tab.
- The email should now appear in your Primary tab and any future emails from the sender should also go to your inbox instead of the Promotions tab.
By following these steps, you should be able to whitelist our email address so that it goes directly to your inbox.
