Hello gentlemen, Summer is right around the corner and I am challenging you to be bold in your color choices.
If you have been following me, then you now I am always pushing the limits when it comes to color and patterns. I love suits, but even I know there is only so much you can do with blue, grey and black. So, as you look into bringing more color into your wardrobe, my advice is start with bold colored blazers. Blue and grey slacks are practical and can be used for many different looks. You can also begin to bring patterns into play with your shirt and accessories. In this week's look I have a rose patterned tie that compliments my blazer and I have a solid colored pocket square. I don't like my tie and pocket square to match.
Overall, this week's look is a salmon colored blazer and white shirt by Tommy Hilfiger, rose print tie from Grand Frank, grey slacks from Brooks Brothers and cognac brown monk straps from Johnston & Murphy.
Now it's time for you to put together your bold summer look and tag me when you post them. I am looking forward to seeing what you all come up with.

If you want to incorporate patterns into your outfit, start with accessories. If you do want to blend patterns ensure one pattern is bolder than the other.
This week I worked with a new photographer and we were able to get some great shots. We linked in the Neon District in Downtown Norfolk, VA and the murals always make for a great background. Dante recently moved back to Virginia and I am glad we were able to link.
